Shop NowHIVE SUPREMO X OKLAHOMIE MEET KWE THE ARTIST
Hive Supremo collaborated with us on merchandise for an event in Oklahoma City at the 89th street collective, headlined by Kwe The Artist.
Longtime local producer and MC, Hive Supremo has worked with the Oklahomie Creative on a multitude of previous projects. With tracks produced by lo-fi enigma Drkmnd and featuring artists such as Skyzoo, Hive Supremo tries to make things that sound weird. The two collaboration shirts that were created for the event leaned heavily into the beehive imagery used heavily by H.S, as well as the Oklahoma City Thunder's 2024 "Dawgs" postgame interview ritual that caught the attention of many NBA viewers this season. We arrived at the 89th Street Collective and set up shop.
When the doors opened, we quickly recognized some people wearing some of our shirts! The show was opened by Hive, who was then followed by Oklahoma City's Chip Mantooth And Luxxvivendi. The artists kept a very high intensity that rode out until it was time for Kwe to step out. Kwe played a great setlist composed of many of the high energy hits he keeps under his belt, rotating from tracks like "Girl of My Dreams" and his collaboration with Rich the Kid, "Creep On" in an effortless fashion. Following the event, we were given the opportunity to meet and converse with many members of the local Oklahoma music scene. Kwe copped the new HIVE shirts while we got ahold of some of his tour merch. It was a succesful night!
TULSA TRAP X OKLAHOMIE DYED TEES
Our collaboration with Tulsa Trap in bringing you some exclusive one off tees was one of my favorite experiences working together with someoneone on an idea. Over at Tulsa Trap, they have completely mastered their process for creating some very beautiful dyed t-shirt in some very nice colors.
The D.A.N.K shirts that we designed specifically for the Tulsa Trap Store (located at 5663 S Mingo Rd STE B, 74146 in Tulsa, Oklahoma) are very vibrant. The Long Horn and Football designs are paired by a dye pattern that is pronounced and compliments the art very well.
If you are ever in the Tulsa area, make sure to stop by the Tulsa Trap store. Their entire location has had a lot of love and effort put in to the design and feel of the place. If you live out of town, I would say it is definitely worth a stop on your day trip. Just let them know that we sent you!
